If you have a DNA extraction protocol that has been used for any type of sequencing, it will be more than sufficient for qPCR.

For orders ≤54 samples, we accept 8-strip PCR tubes, 1.5 mL Eppendorf tubes, or 96-well plate. Be sure to clearly label each tube with the corresponding sample number. For orders ≥54 samples, we recommend a 96-well plate with the samples ordered vertically (A1 to H1). Next or 2-day shipping recommended in temperature controlled packaging.

Our minimum recommended DNA concentration is 20 ng/μL. The total amount of DNA required will be dependent on the total number of targets.

Samples are processed as they arrive. Turnaround time is experiment size dependent. Results from a single sample will be delivered within 2 business days. Larger experiments may be combined into a single report.
